Didn’t read all the comments but that Eckerd was being built during the time of the take over from CVS. They finished building the building, and CVS completed their buyout of Eckerd and they never opened the location. I was in Sebastian/Vero at the time. So, that location was built out fully, they even started stocking the location and then stopped one day and nothing since. I have been gone from Sebastian/Vero for two years, saw the handwriting on the wall and left for West Palm.
Those floors are normal…..all buildings are constructed on concrete footings and or piles depending on your location….The floors can be poured affter…. same as residential basements…The owner will wait untill the space is leased to figure out where to run the plumbing for washrooms, kitchen drains ect. some big money has been lost with all these standing empty….
@commando602 Same here, I love living in Florida. One of these days I’d love to go out west to check that out. I’ve only been up and down the east coast, never been to the midwest or west coast.
Hey dragasoni…. Good videos man! I like how you break things down in a more personal, Average joe on the street point of view (did that make sense?) Not like the way the MSM does with sugar and honey.
@miguelsotoseudonimo I would, but I’m not sure what the best way to deal with it is. Having gone through a long period of unemployment myself, the stress is overwhelming to say the least. These videos are my way of dealing with it. I feel that it’s my duty to show you all what we’re going through, and I look forward to all your comments.
@reefcut I’m sorry to hear that, and I hope things turn around for you very soon. Unemployment is not picnic, it’s very stressful and you can’t afford to relieve your stress either.
I am in your boat as well, and the illumianti are swamping our boat as they cruise by in their 80ft sunseeker powerboat, but they will run out of fuel eventually, our boat is a sailboat.
Tell the world about how to deal with loss and desperation, you definitely have the ideal voice, pitch and ways to explain things so that they can sink in easily. If you have come to know about ways and means to cope with despair, scarcity and such, make a couple of videos of it, and you will probably be helping a lot of people, as that is also part of prepping.
that’s why you see all that trash and human waste there. It’s safe for them to do business there. Just don’t video tape at night! I know you wouldn’t do that, but be safe man.
@reefcut Exactly, people like me who waited on the sidelines got screwed in three ways. First, we were screwed out of the huge, totally baseless, appreciation of property. Second, we were screwed by bailing out these fools who were greedy and careless with their money. Third, we’re feeling the pain through unemployment and inflation for something we took no part in.

@commando602 Thanks man, I always try to do my best. I’m not looking to sugar coat anything, I just want people to see what’s really going on.
So, how does it feel to be back home? That’s always a good feeling, isn’t it?

@crushingright How would buildings like this stand during a hurricane? I’m shocked that the state inspectors allowed this to occur.
November 20th, 2010 at 4:43 am
@crushingright Really? I didn’t know that.
